How the month runs

A real close, on a real schedule — not a once-a-year scramble.

  1. Day 1–2

    I log it right away

Snap a photo or forward an email the moment it happens — I see it and start working on it immediately, not weeks later.

  2. All month

    I keep your books current

I review and categorize every transaction as it comes in, using tools that flag anything that needs a closer look — so nothing piles up for me to untangle at month-end.

  3. Close

I check every account by hand

Before anything is called finished, I personally reconcile and review each account — no step gets marked done without me looking at it.

  4. Day 30

    I send you the numbers

You get a plain-language report from me, in your inbox — not a PDF you have to figure out on your own.
